  • *If you would like RFSS to facilitate building access, a guest list will need to be sent to Event Coordinator (rbmsevnt@umn.edu) 5 business days in advance.

  • * Will there be alcohol?**
  • **If yes, please review the University's Food Policy and Alcohol Policy. If necessary, complete the Food permit and Alcohol Application permit. Please FWD approved permits to the Event Coordinator (rbmsevnt@umn.edu) 5 days prior to your event.
